In an age of constant digital noise, apps, and algorithms, we help people slow down, and build tech systems that reflect their values. 

And we believe that behavioral science holds the key to designing better, kinder, more intentional digital environments.

Who We Are

We're a digital consultancy rooted in behavioral science and human-centered design. 

People Then Tech was founded by Asim Javed, a behavioral scientist, educator, and analytics professional with a deep commitment to re-centering humanity in the way we build and use technology.

Drawing on his experiences, Asim created People Then Tech as a space where science meets care — and where innovation always starts with people.
